Most of us have held senior positions in Engineering and Project Management and have further qualifications and competences in the ‘softer skills’ such as psychology, change management and behavioural analysis, which make us unique in our ability to facilitate teams in a technocratic and project management environment to become highly effective.

1980s
‍JCP Consultancy Ltd and its predecessors began operations in the UK in the 1980s and were at the forefront of transforming a construction industry culture with a history of wasteful adversarial practices to one in which there could be improved performance for all parties through collaborative working practices. Success led to appointments in 2000 the MTRC Tseung Kwan O Extension which became the exemplary project for transforming working practices in Hong Kong.

In 2007 JCP Consultancy International Ltd was established in Hong Kong and has grown to serve markets in Greater China, SE Asia, Middle East, Australia, North America and now also in the UK. The primary objective of JCP is to support organisations in improving the delivery performance of large and high-profile infrastructure projects worldwide, through collaborative working practices. Services include: organisational transformation; collaborative leadership and behavioural development; value and risk management facilitation; NEC training and coaching; safety culture development; and design thinking.
