WHO WE ARE
We are a team of professional consultants and facilitators. Most of us have held senior positions in Engineering and Project Management and have further qualifications and competences in the ‘softer skills’ such as psychology, change management and behavioural analysis, which make us unique in our ability to facilitate teams in a technocratic and project management environment to become highly effective.
JCP Consultancy Ltd and its predecessors have been operating in the UK since the 1980s and its sister Company JCP Consultancy International Ltd was set up in 2007 in HK to serve SE Asia, Middle East, Australia and USA. The 2 companies work together to improve the delivery performance of large and high-profile infrastructure projects worldwide, through collaboration. In 2009, JCP International expanded its expertise to include Value Management and NEC Advisory Services.
OUR APPROACH
Fundamentally, JCP is a consultancy with huge experience in improving project delivery through expert facilitation. We believe that project teams have the knowledge and experience to understand their own problems and to develop solutions and improvement opportunities, if they are independently facilitated and willing to collaborate.
Our core philosophy is that developing collaborative behaviors and relationships within and between teams is the key to finding best solutions and improving project delivery performance.
