In partnership with government and community stakeholders, JCP facilitated a series of interactive workshops for the Olympic Avenue, Kai Tak phase of Hong Kong’s Light Public Housing initiative. Using human-centered design and collaborative methods, we guided participants—residents, planners, and operators—in co-creating values, workflows, and community principles for the new development. Our process supported alignment across diverse groups, encouraged idea sharing about use of space and services, and resulted in actionable plans to embed collaboration into the operation of the housing scheme.
